If you’re in the market for a home in Loudoun County, Virginia, there are several areas to consider. For this reason, we’ll be splitting the area into two articles to cover multiple parts of each town in the county. In this section, we’ll be focusing on three very different new communities in Leesburg, Virginia.

Leesburg is an excellent example of diversity in community sizes and styles. From condos to townhomes and single-family homes, it won’t be difficult to find something that fits your family’s needs.

Waterford Manor

If you’ve been searching for a spacious craftsman home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, look no further than Waterford Manor by Brookfield Residential. At up to three acres, homesites in this Leesburg community are some of the largest offered in new construction development.

The floorplans are also extremely accommodating, with options ranging from 2,900 square feet all the way up to 7,000 square feet. The community is also conveniently located near Route 15, with easy access to shopping and dining in both downtown Leesburg and downtown Waterford. However, if something a little more urban with less yard work is what you’re after, we have just the spot for you.

Lofts at Village Walk

Van Metre is known for building high-quality luxury homes featuring the latest in design trends and finishes. Lofts at Village Walk is no exception. There’s an impressive level of thought and expertise that went into choosing the finish options in these townhome-style condominiums—granite countertops, ceramic tile floor,s, and energy saving appliances are just the beginning.

Van Metre allows buyers to customize their home through wallpaper, flooring, and fixture choices to make each unit truly unique. With over 75 boutiques, restaurants, and activity options—including a movie theater, gym, and bowling alley—within walking distance, the community is perfect for buyers hoping for a live-play situation.

Next, we’ll be visiting another, very different Van Metre community not too far away.

Meadowbrook Farm

This entirely new community of single-family homes just south of downtown Leesburg provides a walkable lifestyle with sidewalks, nature trails, and a 13-acre lake. Blending city convenience with small-town comfort, Meadowbrook Farm is for buyers in search of that small-town-America vibe.

As to be expected from a Van Metre community, all models feature luxury bathrooms and designer kitchens. The slogan for Meadowbrook Farm is “Minutes from What Matters,” which rings true when looking at the neighborhood’s centralized location on a map of the area. Truly unique and extremely convenient, Meadowbrook Farm blends the best of both worlds. If you haven’t already, go and check out these three communities. Even if you aren’t interested in a townhome, we suggest at least taking a tour of Loft’s at Village Walk. At the very least you’ll get an exciting dining and shopping experience out of the adventure. As we mentioned earlier, Loudoun County is vast and full of new construction homes. In Part 2 we’ll be taking a look at several communities in Ashburn, Virginia, just down the road.
