In Part 2 of this Loudoun County series, we’re going just down the road to Ashburn, Virginia, to check out some of their exciting new construction neighborhoods. Just as in Leesburg, builders are delivering seemingly endless options to buyers.

We’ll be covering just three of the top planned communities in Ashburn, but this is just the beginning—as you conduct your own search, you’ll see the results for new communities in the area are in the double digits and climbing every day. This is great news for buyers because builders are becoming increasingly competitive with price and incentives to win business.

Loudoun Valley

This one-of-a-kind Toll Brothers community offers residents convenient urban amenities miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Loudoun Valley features a state-of-the-art fitness center, retail shops, on-site schools, miles of jogging paths, three pools, and so much more. Toll Brothers is currently offering homes in three separate sections of the community.

Choose from the charming resort-style amenities of The Carlisle, the expansive floorplans of Chelsea Square, or the open concepts featured in The Ridges condominiums. All three choices are attached homes, with Chelsea Square being the largest at nearly 3,000 square feet. However, Loudoun Valley itself was designed to get you out of your home as much as possible.

Willowsford Grant

For this next neighborhood, we’re slowing down the pace a bit. If you’re in the market for a laid-back community with some country charm and serene outdoor space, Willowsford Grant by Winchester Homes is the place for you.

Recently named the #1 community in Virginia and the Northeast, Willowsford Grant features 2,000 acres of conservation green space, a farmers market, hiking trails, and a 300-acre farm that surrounds the community. The homes are pretty magnificent as well. Winchester Homes is offering six-floor plans to choose from that go up to 9,000 square feet. This community is all about space and relaxation.

Ashburn Overlook

This neighborhood by Lennar boasts impressive amenities and upgrades. Ashburn Overlook is a neighborhood of luxury townhomes right near the banks of the Potomac River and backs up to the Washington & Old Dominion Trail (W&OD).

Ashburn Overlook is all about location, location, location. Walk right outside your front door to fine dining restaurants, upscale shops, and beautiful views. Currently offering two floorplan options with up to 3,200 square feet in space and the most elegant of finishes and fixtures, Ashburn Overlook should definitely go on your list of communities to visit.

Loudoun County has a number of great options for new construction homes. If you’re in the market right now you should have no trouble finding a place that will fit your family’s needs. The three communities we covered in this article are geared more toward the young professional or growing family, however, there are new construction active-adult communities in Ashburn as well. Whatever you’re looking for in new construction, you’re sure to find it in Ashburn.
