Now Is The Time

Despite what the media wants you to believe, buying a home has continually shown to be a good long-term investment and a great way to build your wealth.

Sales are slowly turning around becamse smart homebuyers recognize that prices will recover, allowing equity to grow, and the economic experts agree. Local Realtors have reported that almost 40% of the homes sold in April were on the market for 30 days or less indicating that buyers and sellers are closer together, and that prices have leveled out. And according to Lawrence Yun, chief economist for The Realtors Group, sales are picking up notably where prices have come down.
