Brambleton Community Opens Innovative New Sales Center
Brambleton, Loudoun County, VA.—Brambleton Group, LLC announces the opening of an innovative, multimedia sales center in the heart of the retail core of Brambleton, the award-winning master-planned community in southeast Loudoun County. The showpiece of this soaring new space is a five-screen video environment with original and resident-created imagery, two interactive touch-screen maps, and six video kiosks highlighting each of Brambleton’s homebuilders.
The new Brambleton Welcome Center is an interactive, vibrant experience located in the heart of the Town Center. The Center provides a sense of the energy and “view from Brambleton” experience, which will introduce potential residents to the community's homebuilders.
To bring this vision to life, Brambleton has incorporated visual elements ranging from signage to builder displays to multi screen videos.
“With our new Center, we've found a way to express all the great things about our prize-winning community. Traditional sales center methods are not appropriate for the unique vision and sense of community, which we feel that Brambleton represents. Rosenthal Partners, our creative partner, designed an innovative new concept, vibrant and full of energy just like Brambleton,” says Kim Adams, director of marketing, Brambleton Group L.L.C.
“We knew the usual approach would never work. We had to find a technique to bring the Brambleton experience to life in a very unique way,” says Jim Lansbury, Rosenthal Partners’ creative director. “Five screens of high-def video encapsulate you with serene vistas, bustling boutique shopping, Sunday morning walks and rivalries on the soccer field. No other technique would get across the sense of life in Brambleton and no other technique could make the residents the star attraction.”
