K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Historic Virginia Features National-Winning Homes for Active Adults
Adults age 55 or better seeking an active lifestyle with luxurious, single-level homes will want to visit K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Historic Virginia, an active adult community in Prince William County. The community recently won eight national design awards from the National Association of Home Builders, including 2004 Best Midsize Active Adult Community and seven national awards for four of its model homes.
Prospective homeowners can choose from 14 different floorplans ranging from 1,547 to 3,500 square feet. All of the single-family homes feature spacious interiors and are designed with the primary living space on the main level, although some offer an optional second floor loft. All have two-car garages, full unfinished basements and low maintenance exteriors. Prices begin in the mid $300,000s.
In May 2004, the community’s impressive 21,000-square-foot clubhouse opened its doors to homeowners and their guests. It features a billiards room, fitness center, cyber cafe, library, arts and crafts room, ballroom, and indoor pool with spa. Outside, amenities include tennis and bocce courts, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor pool.
The community is being built by K. Hovnanian Companies, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. The company is also developing two other active adult communities in the area – Four Seasons at Vint Hill in Fauquier County and Four Seasons at Ashburn Village in Loudoun County.
To visit Four Seasons at Historic Virginia, take I-95 South to Exit 152 B (Rte. 234 North, five miles south of Potomac Mills mall). Go one mile to the entrance on the right. The model home park, with six decorated models, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
